I was think about a dining table that seats 6 (1 on each end, 2 on each side). I was think and wondering the cost of making a zebra dining set. :D All zebra wood table and chairs and the chairs have real zebra hide upholstery. What do you estimate that would cost? This is just one of those “I wonder” or “how cool would it be” type deals, there are not certain dimensions or anything, it is all up to you. Just say in your message the dimensions like 3×6 or whatever size your table would be and made of zebra wood. 1 whole zebra skin, from what I can find online, is about $1,650 I would imagine 2 would be needed for seat and back of chairs. So 3300 just for the upholstery. Zebra wood from what I see at Wall lumber is $15 board foot for 4/4. Say 30 board foot for the table and chairs? Maybe more? $450 for wood approximately? This would be at least $4,000 table if sold I would guess. I probably am way off on calculations though haha. Oh well just thinking for fun. Could do leopard wood and leopard hide… :P
