Not sure how you could get OSB to look like Pine??? OSB is wafer board. Used mostly for sub-floor and wall/roof sheathing. You can buy tongue and grove lumber but you may have to special order it at a big box store. Ask at the contractors counter. -- DaveH - Boise, Idaho - “How hard can it be? It's only wood!” |

There’s NO way to know if your wood will ever crack or split, when working with pine, or any wood for that matter. But when working with knotty pine, you’ll almost always get splits and cracks. -- Respect your shop tools and they will respect you - Ric |

If it’s sealed good it shouldn’t split. |

what should you seal it with? |

I’d use waterbased polyeurathane, mop on 4 coats and sand w/250 grit b/n coats. You can use regular poly but when it gets scratched up you ahve to sand it down to the floor to make it look good, waterbased, you just sand with 250 and mop some more on. Its fun!! |
