Excellent costumer service is hard to come by these days. I have a Kreg router table lift # PRS3000. The micro adjust wheel would only raise the router. I called Kreg today and they are sending me a new unit UPS 2 day. I am still shocked by how easy this was. absolutely no hassles. Just thought I would pass this along. Most of the time we hear about bad costumer service.
