No: I’ve just made a few pens with some mesquite. But I was reading your post and wanted to know if you made out OK.

Mesquite is difficult to get in the TN area, therefore it has to be shipped and mesquite is heavy and expensive to ship. I hope to purchase this week.

Acewood- I use quite a bit of mesquite. PM me and I will give you the names of a couple of good S. Texas dealers.
