Went to a vendor’s row at a local Tractor Fest

Took two hours of walking around.

Found a pair of chisels that needed a dry place to stay

The skinny one was missing a handle, and a loose handle was laying there beside it. Handle did fit the chisel.

the wide bodied one was stamped as a Jennings of some sort. It is 1-1/4” wide

The skinny one is 3/8” wide. Both had way too shallow angles on the edges, like maybe 15 degrees. Have been reground to 25 for now.

Spent a whopping $5 for the pair, do you think I got ripped off?

YES!!! I would not have paid a penny over $2.49 each, or $4.98 for the pair!!!

Sounds like a good deal to me, Bandit! I know you will use ‘em or make a profit passing them on!
