I will be in the Festival this year (Sept. 5,6,7) with Friendship and would love to chat with any other LJ’s in the area that might be taking in the show. Friendship shouldn’t be hard to find and I’ll be aboard most of the time.
I hope to see some of you there. Lots of beautiful boats to see.

I wish. Taking a trip up to the northeast in October. I hope to make it to Port Townsend one day.

I will be there probably on Saturday with the wife, MIL, and BIL. I’ll definitely look for you there.

jmart, it will be good to meet you. I expect to be near the boat most of the time. I’m leaving tomorrow so I will be out of touch for the few days it takes me to get there ….. at least.

I’ll be sure to swing by. Would be nice to chat with someone about marquetry in person. Look for a shorter chubby mid-20’s guy.

Paul, Wish I could see this and get to meet you. For the past couple of years I have gone to a wood boat show in Mt. Dora, FL. It is so great to see these wonderful wooden boats and appreciate the craftsmanship. No fiberglass there.

I’d love to share a bottle of wine with you at this show.
