Has anyone made a hand wheel for a Jet 1236? The shaft is threaded internally with a snap ring really close to the end and it’s up inside the housing about a half inch or so. I thought about using a bolt and just thread it into it but then I couldn’t use a knock out. Any suggestions?

My problem with Jet is with a table saw and I think I see a trend emerging. They design their tools so you have to buy their accessories. I bought a Hybrid table saw a few years ago and had to trash (not really ) my Delta tenon jig because the table slot was 1 5/8” further from the blade than the old delta. Live and learn.
