In case anybody needs a miter gauge, Rockler has this one on sale. It usually goes for $68. Lot’s of good reviews from what I can tell. Sale goes until 2-27-2009

I’ll second that, I have their 1000se gauge, and their machining is excellent! the v27 is their ‘simple’ gauge but for most shops and purposes it’s more than enough, and the price is right! (Incra came out with a new set of miter gauges to the market, and is trying to push the old models off the shelves…take advantage of the moment!)

I have one of those, really nice. I happened to have a nice extruded aluminum fence from a jig that came with my old TS and I put that on the v27.

Nice and easy to setup.

IMHO that’s THE miter gauge to get for bandsaw, or stationary sander use. They’re worth every penny of the full list price – even better at $40.

Does anyone have a link to this $40 deal. On-line the price is $68.

EDITED – OK found it. It’s a retail store special only. For me it less expensive to buy it at Woodpecker’s for $47 with no tax and free shipping. Thanks for the heads-up
