I sold my old sears jointer and am looking to upgrade to a 6-8 inch benchtop style jointer.
I’m leaning toward the Jet JJP-8BT or the Grizzly G0725.

Which jointer do you folks have and are you happy with it?

Which jointer would you get if you could add one to your workshop?

8”, but there are tons of decent 6” jointers out there. I have and old Davis and wells 6” long bed. I’d never downgrade to a benchtop.

I would look for a parallelogram 8” jointer such as a Delta DJ20, Grizzly 490, or similar Shopfox etc.
The Jet is good, but I prefer models with parallelogram beds because they are easier to adjust and are built to last.
