OK. For once I cannot think of any type of comment to add about a post. But I will wait like you asked.

Will this discussion be about separating art from craft or is MsDebbies’s site called Functional Woodart?

Why all the suspense of a reserved topic?

suspense wasn’t the intention. I have to set up the link for the LJ eMag but I don’t want to post the topic until the eMag is ready to go out. Sometimes the timing isn’t perfect.
And then.. some people just like to have a little fun with it.

So….. and “display” tips?”

Ah, that makes sense :) Display tips, I got nothing, the pieces I keep for myself are all functional pieces of furniture so I just plonk them in the house and the more decorative pieces get given away :)

I’m like DP…......But I am getting ready to build a display for my bowls that I have turned and my Wife has decided she wants to keep and won’t let me sell. I did build a disply for the Chamber of Commerce in Ashe County, NC when I had my shop there. We took it to High Point NC to a furniture show where we had a huge display showing all the work we did in Ashe County. I’ll have to see if I still have a phot of it and post it.

Well I take pictures of my projects using my digital camera then I upload them to flickr then go to LumberJocks and write a subject and some other nifty info then I click the pic button, and submit…then it is up on display for the whole world to see….if you want you can go here to see a real fancy display of my projects. Thanks for that one Martin!

Must be the heat MsDeb, probably heat stroke. Brain’s not working. Expecting 115F today but may only be a cool 104F. Bushfires breaking out in Southern States, 25 people dead, over 100 homes destroyed (could be as high as 400).
