I am interested in mounting a biesemeyer 78-919Bt2 fence on my Jet cabinet saw which I got in the 90”s. Will this fit on the rail and tube I have which is for the exacta fence(not the exacta II)? The tube is 2 by 3 inches which I understand is the size for the biesemeyer fences. My problem is the exacta fence moves when I lock it down every time and I have to use the slightest amount of pressure to get it to stay put if I am lucky. Previous posts indicate this a common problem with this fence.

I replaced the tube fence on my Rockwell/Beaver saw with a Biesemeyer fence and worked out fine, you just have to take your time and measure the correct distance for the new front rail(using the measuring tool in the kit) and drill and tap new holes for it .
