I’m looking for a chuck key for a Shopsmith Jacobs 3326 drill chuck. This is off an old Shopsmith built back in the 50’s, maybe a pre-Mark V vintage. Shopsmith has not sold this chuck for years and does not stock chuck keys for it. The Jacobs web site says the K32 key should fit, but it does not. The chuck has a 1/4 inch pilot, the same teeth count as a K32 but the diameter of the teeth area needs to be smaller. Any ideas? -- DaveH - Boise, Idaho - “How hard can it be? It's only wood!” |
