Mr. “sliver fingers” will blow the budget on this hand little device to get a decent grip on those awkward panels that we all deal with from the store to the saw. Besides the commercial says it all! What do you think jocks and jockettes? Bob -- A mind, like a home, is furnished by its owner |

It looks pretty good. I guess it would depend on how often you would use it… -- We must guard our enthusiasm as we would our life - James Krenov |

I’ve got to lay 38 sheets of plywood to floor the loft of my shop, going up a ladder, and just ordered one of these bad boys. I’m too old to work myself to death when there’s an easier way. -- Robert - Visit my woodworking blog: http://littlegoodpieces.wordpress.com |

It seems like more strain on the arm to have the weight resting on a bent elbow then a straight arm position. I’ve moved an awful lot of Sheetrock and have my doubts. |

I think its a great idea. Being able to easily move large sheet goods in all the typical ways with one person looks pretty good to me. I can see what Dennis means about the straight arm though. Might get pretty tiring on the elbow after the 20th sheet. -- Bob, Carver Massachusetts, Sawdust Maker http://www.capecodbaychallenge.org |

I’ve seen models that go underneath the sheet. That would allow it to be carried with a strait arm. -- We must guard our enthusiasm as we would our life - James Krenov |

I have a couple of the under sheeet helpers and they dont cut it up or down stairs or up a ladder. It’s still going to get heavier at about the 20 sheet but thats what helpers are for. <g> Bob -- A mind, like a home, is furnished by its owner |

I thought I saw this profiled on a reality TV show several years ago with a panel of judges (Nolan Bushnell, founder of ATARI and Chucky Cheese’s was one of the judges) trying to decide which new product would get roll-out bankrolling. It looks good to me, but at 50 bucks a pop, for the few full sheets I have to manage, I will likely keep getting a panel saw cut at the lumber yard or big-box store. However, if I had what The Gravedigger had planned. I would be on it like a bonnet. I think with the elbow locked and tucked in, the shoulder girdle would bear most of the strain. -- "Bordnerizing" perfectly good lumber for over a decade. |

Neat looking device. I’m tired just watching that guy carry that plywood up that ladder. Whew! I need a break. LOL. -- Jesus is Lord! |

the model that goes under the sheets? According to Obi, you guys will eat/buy/do anything that a naked/half-naked woman tells you to do haha. That thing looks great. It looks like it would even be helpful, gripped on the end for the 2-person carry. -- ~ Debbie, Canada (http://www.execulink.com/~yohan) |

Why Mis Debbie! Actually I saw that as a great idea for loading sheet stock into my van. p.s. Oscorner – you watched the wrong video <vbg> Bob -- A mind, like a home, is furnished by its owner |

I loved the commercial , that was to funny. I would buy it just for the commercial and yes I usually do what a woman tells me. Just ask my wife. —“So much to lean and so little time” -- "so much to learn and so little time".. |

Deb! Obviously you missed the moral of the commercial regarding the rewards/consequences of right/wrong thinking. Actually, it reminds me of Jeff Foxworthy’s comments about how to tell a single guy from a married one. Oh, and Snowdog, I’ll have you know I always get the last word in my house: “Yes Ma’am.” -- Robert - Visit my woodworking blog: http://littlegoodpieces.wordpress.com |

lol oh, I didn’t miss it—and I’m also guessing that the “wrong thinking” will be repeated again the future. :) Your “last word’ comment reminds me of a story I heard a LONG time ago. The gentleman in the house makes all the big decisions and the lady of the house gets to make the little decisions. He decides about politics and she decides about all the petty little things such as house decisions, garden decisions, clothing decisions, car decisions… etc (poor lady—she gets all the boring little decisions to make) -- ~ Debbie, Canada (http://www.execulink.com/~yohan) |

I feel bad for all you MEN out there, My wife knows who’s in change.. it is ME .. I let her make all the decisions. See I know I am in charge now <laugh> because I let her be.. Did the humor come through in text? :) -- "so much to learn and so little time".. |
