I have this small slab of cherry that I don’t know what to do with .Any ideas? Its 15” tall, 8” wide, and 1-2” thick.

If you are into deer hunting, mount your antlers to it.

I think that’s actually a cookie, but if it doesn’t check or split too much you might use it for a really cool shop stool seat.

The shop stool seat is a good idea, clock, cutting board, foot stool, foot rest for your man cave, small end table for the man cave

Thanks for the ideas, folks. Thinking about a clock. If I had a man cave (besides my shop) the other ideas are good, too.

Clock came to mind…but anybody you know that collects spoons or thimbles or any other of the tourist collector stuff? When you get some stain on that you are going to sit back and say “wow”. I would use it it showcase other things you want to showcase. I can snap a pix of a piece I made to hold my allotment of my mom’s spoons if you want.

Have your say...
