Sometimes I browse at the ReStore if I’m on that side of town. I have just completed a nightstand for my wife’s side of the bed and I’m going to build one for my side. I used 14” full extension BB slides for hers. Guess what I found a box of at the ReStore? Yep, 14” full extension BB slides. They wanted $1 for each slide. Score!

I have to be careful at (our local) ReStore because I’ve encountered some things that really aren’t a bargain. But this worked out for me.

Cool! How about a solid core door (36×80) for $8.25 (including tax). The cashier shot a bar code that gave me a 25% discount of an already ridiculous price. Had to have help loading that heavy thing into my truck.

Veterans get 15% off. I have to get my DD214 printed out so I can indulge. They do have some pretty good prices. I have seen some sky-high prices, too, though. They were asking for $20 apiece for some 1/2” copper pipe. It’s half that cost new. They were also charging $3.50 apiece for some 3/4” bolts. Wild. Tile seems to be well-priced at my local store.
