If anyone is in need of a 6”joiner,I have a used one made in the 50’s I believe.It’s a nice machine with some pitting on the bed because it sat around for a long time and out of use. It really is uneffected by that and work’s well. I replaced the bearings and sharpened the knives sanded it down and painted it and it is great.I have 3 joiners and need to down size. Here are some pictures.I took the guard off,but i have it I would like to get 200 bucks for it.. -- Old turners don't die, they just turn to dust! |

Someone should jump on that deal That one has a well proven fence system on it ! ( same as on quite a few earlier deltas) Jb |

cabmaker, that is an earlier Delta, just on a newer model stand. Art do you have the pork chop guard? -- I came - I sawed - I over-built |

Yes Todd I am we’ll aware that that is at or near a 70 s model and that delta did not provide oversized black metal stands with their machine. I was simply stating that that fence system was on quite a few delta models and it was a very user friendly and stout fence. Thanks for the heads up though ! |

WELL I’M SORRY TO SAY THAT SOMEONE JUST BOUGHT THE JOINER FOR 150.00. ——I WISH I COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO DELEAT THINGS I POST ON LJ. IS THERE A WAY TO DO THAT, OR IS THERE FOREVER? -- Old turners don't die, they just turn to dust! |
