Topic tags/keywords: unifence fence rail delta table saw saw

Gauging interest before i post pics. I just purchased my first table saw, which included an older delta 52in unifence. I unfortunately do not have the room to setup the 52in fence. I am looking to sell the complete unit fence and rail. I’m looking for 250+shipping. I am located in East Central Florida and can meet within a reasonable distance, or you are welcome to pick up the fence at my house. I am willing to work a deal on shipping as i know it can be steep to ship something this large and hefty. Will post pics if anyone is interested.

If you can’t get any interest, have you thought about cutting the fence down? I know it may sound a little sacrilegious, but if you can make what you have fit, it might be the best option. I have a Unifence on my Unisaw and after using it and the T-square type fences, I much prefer the Unifence and though the though of someone slicing up a 52” rail make me cringe a little, it’s better than having it sit taken apart in the corner for half of forever.

or find someone with a shorter rail and wants to upgrade to the longer 52 inch, then just trade.

There have been several threads where LJs post about wanting
or swapping 52” Unifence rails for the shorter ones. Here’s one:

I have Thought about cutting it down, or swapping with someone, just wanted to see if there was any interest in this one complete. It makes me cringe just thinking about cutting it down. Anyways, i am open to trading for a shorter fence, or again if anyone is interested let me know.

I cut my table saw rails down to 36”. It was easy with a sawzall and metal cutting blade.

I suspect that if you post that over at (formerly OWWM) it will be gone before you know it.

I will trade you my old Craftsman 113 series fence for yours.

I’ll even pay shipping both ways :)
