I am currently working on an old corrugated Bailey #4, and a new Stanley block plane. what should my desired edges be for said planes. #4 is currently taking a bath in Evapo-rust. Thank you ahead of time for all comments.

flatten back of blade, grind to 30 degrees, hone as necessary. Strop often and make shavings.
