This has been a great saw. It has a strong motor and the granite top (which I like because it doesn’t rust). Recently, the mechanism that raises and lowers the blade froze. You will need to replace the screw mechanism and the part is available. I don’t want to mess with it and am using this as an opportunity to upgrade. If there is a budding woodworker out there who doesn’t mind fixing it, you can have it for free. But I am also putting this in the local’s CL for $50. I am located in Holland, MI.

I already have a decent saw, but if I was local I’d be all over it. The 4511 is a great saw.

Do you still have the saw? I’m down in Indianapolis, but I have a buddy in the South Bend area that would pick it up for me and help me try to fix it up

I do have it. Let me know if you want it and can pick it up. It belongs to the first person who commits.

I guess I can’t send a PM on here yet. Can you email my buddy about when he can get it for me? I’ve been texting him about this so he knows it is coming and he’s actually the one that saw this and told me.

His name is Keith and his email is kmicinski@me.com My email is PrettyBen@gmail.com
