OK, I got the My Workshop pictures posted just fine. I think I can post pictures on the appropriate sections. But I can’t figure out how to post pictures in the My Projects part. Do you have to have your own website? Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

Heywood – you should be able to upload pictures from your local computer.

Click on My LumberJocks in the top right, and then click My Home (a bit counterintuitive, I know, since you’d think you’d go to “My Projects”). On My Home, in the upper left of the panel you’ll see “Add new project”. From there it’s pretty self explanatory. Hope this gets you steered in the right direction – and welcome to LumberJocks!

Thanks J Dubb, it does make sense and will give it a shot sometime this week. It is Monday and back to the grind.

If you’re talking about Posting Pictures for a New Project:

Go to the Projects Page. At the bottom, left hand corner in a Green Box You’ll see “ADD NEW PROJECT”. Click on that. Then you’ll get “YES. I want to …etc. etc etc. Click on that. It will bring up the Page to Post Your Project,

Fill in everything. To Post A Picture, go to “Choose Picture” ...... Over to “Browse”, click on that.

That sends you to Your Computer and You then choose the Picture you want to Post. Left Click on that Picture.

That fills in the blank space. with a bunch of words from the amazon downloader in the Picture Space.

Click on “Upload This Picture”. That puts The Actual Picture #1 in place. You’re allowed up to six Pictures.

When you’ve filled in all of the Information, Your Project Description and worked your way to the Bottom of that Form, Click On “Post this Project”

That Should get Your Project and Pictures Posted. BUT! There are some new Rules For Newbies. I don’t know what they are but it MIGHT Stop the Project from being Posted.

I’m assuming Your NOT Talking about (Editing) Adding, Removing, or Changing Anything in an Existing Project as You don’t have any Posted Projects as of yet.

That’s a straightforward “Edit” As shown here on My “Ratcheting Candlesticks.” I just click on EDIT, change Anything I want to Change, Delete, Add, then click on save changes. Done!

Is THE ABOVE what you were enquiring about Heywood? (I Hope So) ....LOL…
