I was babysitting my 2 yr old Twin Grandchildren. It was 24 this AM and warmed up to 36 around lunch time when we waqked to the grocery store to get some snacks. They just went to bed it’s 8:45 so I can sit down at the computer again. I did a honeydo for my daughter. I fixed a handrail to the basement. -- I've been blessed with a father who liked to tinker in wood, and a wife who lets me tinker in wood. Southern Delaware karson_morrison@bigfoot.com † |

Even though it was about 30 degrees outside I can use a space heater to keep my shop comfortable. Since I have been temporarily relieved of my child care duties while his mother is home on maternity leave I was able to spend the entire day in the shop working on a cabinet that I am making. To tell the truth spending time with a 5 year old is wonderful and I enjoy every minute of it but it is nice to have some time devoted solely to making sawdust, occasionally. -- Challenges are what make life interesting; overcoming them is what makes life meaningful- Joshua Marine |

I live in Florida but there is no escape from the cold here as well. 24 degrees this morning and 46 degrees now at 10 PM. I had to go pick up some 8/4 hard maple & 5/4 Walnut and go sticker shock $5.85 a BFT for HM and $7.50 for Walnut, god I hate the prices here!! |

Herded turkeys. Hugged an angry rooster. Listen to the bitching of 2 dozen hungry geese. Petted the three legged cat. |

Took one of my dust hoods that I designed for tablesaws to the local saw sharpening shop for a little show and tell. |
