it’s been suggested to me to sand tons its 2in thick 5 feet long and 30inch wide and apply several coats for watco maple danish oil then , after that i cant remember i beleave he said to use lacquer thinner and then lacquer does that sound correct . i get the danish oil part im not there yet . , but i suppose is this my best option for a really amplified grain finish ,or do i need to go another route such as liquid glass bar top what do you guys recommend i know i ask alotta questions im new ive never ever done this before but i want good results and lifetime quality thanks alex

Lacquer isnt the most durable but it’s ok. It gives a great grain picture.

egg whites work really good, warm to 75deg then thin with mineral spirits, wipe on then sand to 7000 grit
