Mystery turning tool in the bunch? (Help ID) - Gloatworthy?

Hey guys,

I just bought a collection of turning tools off Craigslist.
I went out expecting them to be older non-HSS tools, they were nicer than expected and well kept to boot.

Ended up paying $40 for the box. (I will be keeping the longest gouges, one scraper, and the hollowing tools, then trading about the rest for wood from another turner)

Most of them were Craft Supplies USA (Woodturners Catalog) by Henry Taylor, one Sorby scraper, one craftsman, and unmarked hollowing tools.

However there was one unusual tool that I havent seen before. See the pics of the lot below.

It kind of looks like a Berger hollowing tool

I think you nailed it Wolfdaddy! Thats awesome! I have wanted an end grain hollowing tool!

Now to figure out how to use it….
