I thought “mind your p’s and q’s” came from typesetting, because both letters looked similar. kind of like a discount- double-check thing from back in the day of typesetters? good list, lots of laughs

Some good ones there. The Declaration of Independence one reminded me that Roger Sherman, CT, was the only person to sign the Articles of Confederation, Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution of the US. He also got together with James Madison and John Vining to write the Bill of Rights.
