Hello, new to this forum and I am not sure where to post something like this. I am selling an entire woodshop full of tools including a 16” bandsaw, 20” planer, 10” jointer, drill press, table saw, router table, dust collector, etc… Wondering if there was a particular forum where I could post these items? Thanks for the help in advance

Right place, but where are you located and please list what you have.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. I hope this isn’t the end for you.

I am building a new shop and probably need what you have. Just not sure it’s feasible at the distance. What do you have?

I have a Grizzly Extreme 20” Planer and 10” Jointer that have spiral cutter heads (really heavy duty machines weighing over 1,000 lbs each) I have a Minimax 16” Bandsaw that is one of the best out there, I have a Delta drill press, I have a router table that is personally made by myself out of solid maple (furniture grade with raised panel doors and dovetailed drawers) and jessum top, router lift, and fence, I have a Canadian-Made General 10” table saw, I have a Delta dust collector. My story is that I had a house with a 3-car garage and had a full woodshop setup in here. I sold the house and downsized quite a lot to where I don’t have room for anything any longer. I really have no choice but to sell the equipment as I am now paying to have it in storage. Most of this equipment is commercial quality and when I had it delivered, the driver said he had never seen equipment like this go to a residential home. It has all only been lightly used for personal projects around the house (some machines such as the bandsaw only have about a half hr of total use) I also have several portable tools and jigs as I really dove head first into this great hobby! I have quite a lot of lumber that is rough sawn alder and some maple left over from previous projects that I am going to sell. I can post model #’s and pics if there are people that are potential serious buyers. Thanks

I would be interested in the planer and drill press if you are somewhere near New York.

woodwrkff, you should post pics here.
But I also think you might be better on ebay to get the highest price.
But if you are only interested in getting the price you want, then post it here, as there are many who might be interested.

Good luck, sorry that you have to give up this wonderful hobby.
