Hello fellow lumberjocks, I live and run a sawmill in northeast texas near texarkana. We specialize in red cedar, pine, pecan, black walnut, hickory, mesquite, live/post/red/white oak and maybe a few other types. I was hoping this post would help me find a “source” or “contact” for buying BOXELDER LOGS !!! If anyone knows of someone who has access to this type of tree or if anyone reading this sells or has access to the logs i will be more than happy with a tip to someone and/or arrange to purchase some logs. I do rustic woodworking along with my sawmill and would love to get my hands on some of the famed RED RIVER MAPLE or as its called ” flamed boxelder”

Please message me or respond in forums! thanks again for any tips!

Sorry Austin, I don’t know of any one with box elder logs in my area. I am curious if you sell live edge black walnut slabs, also if you sell live oak slabs. Thanks a lot!
