Hello I have a vintage craftsman king seeley 8 inch table saw, even though I don’t have a decent caliper or jig I don’t think I will be able to align the blade to the miter slots.

The trunnion has bores that look to be just made to be holes and not even long slots. So does any body think you can still try to get any precise play for accuracy?

Did you already try the manual? http://vintagemachinery.org/pubs/222/6174.pdf

You’re supposed to loosen the diagonal bolts on the trunnions and turn the assembly until the blade is parallel
