Hey jocks I’m picking one of those saws (in the discription) in the morning. Do any of you have experience with one and what size wrenches should I take with me to disassemble the base. I’m thinking a couple 3/8” and a couple 1/2” gear wrenches. Any input would be appreciated.

Depending on what model of 12” Craftsman, gear wrenches aren’t gonna work.

Also, I don’t remember what size mine used, but I would take a 7/16” and a 1/2” x 1/4” drive socket and ratchet, short, not deep well.

It the tilting 2 speed model, where the table is stationary and the saw tilts. That sucks the gear wrenches won’t work . They are one of mans best inventions. Thanks for the reply
