Topic tags/keywords: question

The title more or less says it all… How do I set the display size of linked images? The important parts of a lot of my photos end up being hidden by the theme on this site… I would like to reduce the displayed size…

I had asked that long ago, never got an answer. My images for my workshop get cut off even though I sized them small in Irfanview… In the preview they show up fine, in the actual page, they are clipped on the sides.
I just make them smaller than 600 now.. but 600 is small… and there is so much wasted space (white space) so not sure why they don’t view correctly.

I would say it’s a bug, in that the preview and actual don’t match.

dbhost,
I first right click on the picture”save image as”save it in “my briefcase” then resize it to medium size and save it again ,then post here by,img/ choose file(from briefcase/choose resized pic),insert this image.
I hope I understood you correctly and this is what you were asking.

You can go up to about 800-900 pixels wide before it cuts off.

Yeah. I don’t want to steal images to post them. That is why I want to know how to define the size on the forum software… bbcode supports it but this forum does not do bbcode…
