I sprayed plastofix light 25* white on raw mdf doors (with one layer of primer first) The finish went on with little specs that disappeared when it dried.

Problem comes when I sprayed dark brown the same specs appear some but some don’t disappear.
I have tried no thinners , 20% thinners, even 30%(to thin),
I tried holding gun further than 10” and even less than 8 ”.
I cant seem to get rid of these specs.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
