Ok. Long story short, I wound up with an extra 50 lb coil of 1095 spring steel. 0.025” thick. Same stuff I use in my saws. So here’s the deal. Saw Plates – de blued, teeth punched, up to 6” wide x 18” long. For just $15.00 each plus shipping. You can buy one plate, 10, or 20. Either way, I need to get it out of the way. Just mention Lumber Jocks offer when you contact me. Thanks in advance. Ron

Hi Eric. Not really anything to take a pic of. It is a 12”wide roll of 0.025” 1095 spring steel. It’s blue. :) I will cut it to length, ( rectangles ) and width, clean the bluing off, punch the teeth, and flatten it. Then it will look like any other saw plate.

Just for fyi. It would be a lot less expensive, per plate, in regards to shipping if you bought more than one plate.
As far a ppi. This is 0.025”. Think 3” tall to 5.5” tall for carcass to large tenon saw.But I can punch it from about 5ppi to 17ppi. That’s up to you.
