I have a 3hp Grizzly Dust Collector and have the following problem. Before I start, it’s not a Grizzly problem. At any rate, in an unpredictable fashion, the clear bag at the bottom of the large filter will bust its seams and the inch or so of fine, fine, fine dust fills the workshop in a matter of seconds. Since the first occurrence, I’ve double and triple tapped both the inside and outside at the bottom of the bag with duct tape. I cleaned out the dust barrel a month ago, so there shouldn’t be any issues there. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, do you have a successful solution? Thanks, and DUSTY in San Antonio.

I don’t have this collector and have not had this issue with mine. Have you cleaned your filter? Sounds like air is having a hard time getting through. Maybe buy some heavier-duty bags?
