Since there are multiple threads on this I decided to post yet another one instead of trying to respond to all of them. As of this afternoon (knock on wood) the search box “should” be working again now.

Thanks for letting us know, Cricket. At least on this site you aren’t short of (virtual) wood to knock on :-)

Thank you, Cricket. Glad you’ve stayed on top of the issues we’ve had.

Next up, can we restore tags on the sidebar of the projects page? Currently the only way to get to the tag search is by Projects → Daily Top 3. The tag option used to be right out front on Projects but now it takes some digging to find it. Not very user friendly, especially for newer members who probably don’t even know that function exists.

Thanks, Cricket. It does work. Looks like “you” gave up on the old system where it would filter results by forum, project, blog, review, etc. Is that intentional?

I will try to find out more, but so far, this is what they have given me.

Not perfect, but definitely better than broken. :)

BTimmons could you start a fresh thread (in Site Feedback) on the tag issue you mentioned offering specific details so I can address this, please?

Maybe now we’ll have 10 or more threads on this forum that say, “Does anyone know that the search function is working?”
