I have an opportunity to buy a Bosch 1619 for $200 – brand new – never even been turned on. Does anybody want to talk me out of this? It will be table mounted in an extension that I plan to build for my cabinet saw. I’ve never had a really good/powerful router before. Just want to find out if there’s any reason why this might not be the one to get.

I paid about $300 for mine. Table mounted. Love it!

I think you should wait. If you want you can send me the address. I’m a router pro. I can take a look at it and let you know if it’s worth it. You can’t be to careful with these things. But definitely wait and send me the address. I’ll be in touch with you after I buy…...errrr uhhhhh…...examine the router for you.

PS I’m joking buy it
