Yeah, $2000 is a lot of cash for a bunch of planes. Dave could probably tell you if it’s worth it, as you could keep some and sell what you don’t want. But, it’s still a lot of cash.

Randy, I wouldn’t have a clue what they’re worth. That’s a bunch of them though.

Randy they are pretty but that is a bit stout on price.
You do have the finds around you.

I haven’t a clue on value….
Don’t really want….
Certainly don’t need….

Just thought someone might like to see or pursue….

Randy, when it comes to spending other people’s money, it isn’t a matter of need …. grin.

I lived in VT for a few years, prices on craigslist there are nuts…and people pay the prices! Everything from used couches to planes like this sell for close to retail.

Marcus,
I do see some crazy priced stuff here. Those are the ads to skip over.

I’ve done good though. The art to getting a gloat worthy CL buy….
I check CL 3 to 5 times daily. Then when a great deal appears….
Pounce!!! Call, text & email the seller, hopefully I’m the first person to contact them.

This has worked well for me….
DW788 scroll saw for $100.00 (retails new for around $500.00)
DW735 thickness planer for $100.00, then $250.00 in new/replacement parts (Around $550.00 retail)
JET 1442 VS lathe for $350.00 (retails new for around $1,400.00)

There are other smaller items, but those are my big ticket items.
All in all, I love CL!!!
