I found one on craigslist for $75, but never heard of it. Is it basically a central machinery model? Not big on harbor freight power items….thoughts?

Power tools that are sold for that cheap always make me nervous. Harbor Freight is not always known for high quality.

at that price go look it over and if it gives out after a few years, then so what its probably worth $30 in scrap and you got your moneys worth. My first planer ($125) was a german made 10” 2hp 220v machine. I used it for like 2 years, the feeder gears gave out and I ended up pulling the motor, and scraping the rest. I got more than my moneys worth and parts were more to fix it than I paid for it. It never hurts to look
