I have a Jet JJ6CSX Jointer for sale that I bought about 2 years ago. I took it apart, cleaned and waxed everything when I bought it. Tables have been shimmed level. Tables and fence are in good shape. Comes on a rolling base and has a 4” dust port. Only reason I am getting rid of it is that I am doing more and more work with hand planes. Can run off either 220 or 110 Volts. I am in Arnold MO, immediately south of St. Louis County.

Thanks for looking,

Since the table are on rails, how were you able to shim it?

Just curious, as I have the Craftsman version of this jointer.

That’s funny. I’ve seen it on craigslist for the last week, but I just now saw it here. I’m outside of de soto and work in Fenton. Another LJ not far from me.

#4 posted 03-26-2014 06:04 PM this is the only place I found out how to do this. You are supposed to be able to adjust with the gib screws, but I could never ever make that work.

It was a pain in the butt, but the second time I did it, it went a lot better.

Have your say...
