I spit the dummy awhile back over something very inconsequential. It could have been handled very differently. I apologize to everyone offended by my outburst.

Sacré bleu ! C’était peut-être quelque chose que vous avez mangé, peut-être de la fièvre. Pas de votre faute !

“Spit the dummy” is a new expression for me and I think I like it.

Yes. I’m familiar with that Expression.

(English Translation of Above French: “Sacré bleu! Maybe it was something you ate, perhaps by fever. Not your fault!”)

I thought The Link would take us to where you “Spit It”. Nope.

So now that You’ve wetted Our Appetite ….. Where? ;-} “Handplanes?” “Music?”

Or would you rather not say?

Nice Bass in your Avatar. Is it a Double?

Rick, I embarrassed myself and I regret it.

The double bass is a copy of an early Italian, not as wide but deeper than a modern bass.

Saying you’re sorry, and not repeating whatever it was, is the best way to start fresh and be a better person than the one you wish you had never been. I, personally, have never made a mistake, but I see how it could happen. ;)

Kudos to Tex for having the testicular fortitude to stand up and tell it like it is.
