Hi guys and gals,

Some of you know that my wife and I were pregnant with twins. Thank you for all of the kind words, thoughts and prayers. I just want to let you all know that we had a routine check up yesterday 3-17-14 to look at the health and well being of the boys. The one boys heart was not beating so they rushed us across the street where high risk doctor was to the hospital across the street. They gave us an emergency C section to remove the boys. My wife came out fine. She is recovering now.

We lost our one boy, he never even had the chance to breathe in the worlds air. His name was Eskil. He looked just like his brother.

Our boy that lived is Espen he weighs 4.7 pounds (2 kg) and he is 18 inches (46 cm) long. He is doing great. I got to hold him for the first time this morning. My wife hopefully will hold him soon when she is feeling of to it.

We are taking our time to grieve the loss of our one boy at the same time celebrating the gift of life with our new boy. If you are the praying kind please keep us in your prayers while we go through this difficult time. And please feel free to celebrate new life that has entered in with our world with us.

Thank you for everything

I am so sorry Kaleb. I lost my 9 years old child to cancer and understand the feelings. I am sure Eskil will live through Espen and you both will love him twice as much. Take care and don’t be angry.
