Hi, I purchased this router back in the late 70’s or early 80’s. I still have the owners manual but neither it nor a search has helped me answer a couple of questions.

1. I found that it is 6.5 amps but did not see the HP. Is there a way to figure the HP from this?

2. I presume that there is not a way to change over to 1/2” collet from it’s current 1/4” one?

Thanks

If it is designed to take a max collet of quarter inch that is impossible to alter don’t even try with extensions etc it would never work and be really dangerous to try to take it up the way ,coming down is mostly always do-able though.LOL Alistair
