I have this little automatic Screwdriver, it was getting jammed, after some penetrating oil I got it to move in and out but didn’t always spin. I decided to try to pull it apart and see if there was any hope for it. Inside the tube seems to be a second bushing like the one on the shaft. I can’t figure out how to get it or the shaft out of the handle. I think that is the key to getting this back together and hopefully spinning again.

Btw any one able to help identify this?

Thanks for the help

An interesting problem. Don’t really have any suggestions, maybe bumping this back up might give it a second chance at an answer :-)

Thanks guys, still seems to be the same situation, I’ll keep looking but not really ending up finding it.

I have an old Yankee screwdriver that looks very much like yours:
