I purchased a unit a couple years ago, upon my trying to use the jointer I found the arms that adjust the dense missing. I ordered from sears but they say the part is discontinued. dies anyone know if any company would handle such parts?

Post detailed pictures of the machine please. Somebody
will probably say “that’s the same as such-and-such
Grizzly model”.

It was built by a subcontractor, like all Sears products. However…...not all parts will interchange with OEM parts. Sears changes some parts so you have to buy from them. I ran across this several times in my life and, as a result, I don’t buy Sears or Craftsman. Good luck!

Thank You for hte information, I checked and it looks like the Delta 6” Professional JOinter is the match, I ordered the parts and will get them in about 12 weeks. Thanks for taking hte time to respond. I was just about out of leads and had decided to jsut junk the unit.

Have your say...
