For sale is this Stanley Bailey No.5 jack plane with corrugated sole.
The plane appears to be a type 16(1933-1941) in very good condition.

The knob and tote are in good shape with no cracks or repairs that I could see. They have some dents and dings and some loss of finish. The front tote screw is a replacement.
The cutting iron has good length. There is some pitting. The iron is sharp and ready to work.
The base casting has been re-painted.
The sole and sides of the plane have some light staining and scratches. There is a hang hole in the toe of the base.

This plane has been my personal user for several years.

Asking $55 + shipping. This will fit in a medium flat rate box for $12.35.

Pick up at my shop in Willow Spring, NC is available.
Interesting trades will be considered.
