I got these bits from an auction (they were in the bottom of the box).
I am trying to identify them as to what machinery they are for and their use (and then find someone to buy)
These are new in the box. I have 6”, 12”, and 18” length and from 1” to 1 3/8” dia. Also many new cutters as these are removable.
Any ideas, comments??

No idea, they are indeed weird looking bits.
