March 8 is the next Laguna Tools Old Tool Swap Meet in IRVINE, CA from 6:00 AM until Noon. The address is17101 Murphy Ave., Irvine, CA 92614. Anyone Can Sell. There are no space reservations. We start setting up at 4:30 AM. If you only have a few tools to sell you can put them in Laura’s space. For more information call Laura at 951-686-5825. The Swap Meet will be held Rain or Shine.

There will be Old Tools, Antique Tools, Good Quality User Tools Plus Many Miscellaneous items including some general Antiques and Collectibles. Something For Everyone! Lots of great tools for crafts people as well as woodworkers.

We are still building up this event so bring your friends. There is free parking in the business lots next to Laguna Tools.

If you have pictures of the meet-up it would be interesting to see them.

I don’t have any. I was just copied the email reminder I got from the organizers. They have it at several SoCal locations including Pasadena, Culver City, San Diego, and Irvine. Great place to unload your unused tools, pick up some new ones, or just meet some fellow woodworkers. And occasionally meet a celebrity. Here are pics from the Anderson Plywood in Culver city though.

Hmmm, I’m guessing a celebrity but I’m not really up on American celebrities so I am not sure who this fellow is…a sports guy? Now that I think about it I’m not really up on Canadian celebrities either….maybe I need to look at stuff beyong woodworking youtube videos LOL!
