Topic tags/keywords: question water based poly

I shipped a few boxes to a customer in a much colder climate (NC to PA) and he said the finish looks milky. One box was finished the day before I shipped it. The other had about a week to cure. I wiped on two diluted coats, and then brushed on four more. The finishes looked great in my shop. Any advice will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Ask the customer to hold onto them for several weeks and
observe if the finish gets clearer. I reckon it may be moisture
and will go away as the finish cures.
