I ordered this set on Sunday and got it in the mail today. I wanted to get it before posting on here because I was skeptical at that price that Amazon hadn’t screwed up the listing. From what I can tell, these are the same thing as the Colt TwinLand brad point bits. Not HSS, but still made in Germany and for $9 shipped, I thought they were a steal.

Have these bits been performing well?

I can’t comment much yet. I’ve spent the last month working on a set of cabinets and didn’t really use them much. The one hole I drilled came out nice.

Interesting how both sets seem to have almost identical part numbers. If both sets are actually German made then it wouldn’t surprise me if they are also the same bits. I say that because of the almost identical product descriptions and reading this;

I’ve had the Colt set in my Amazon shopping cart for a bit but I think I’ll swap it out for the Milescraft set now.

Have your say...
