Topic tags/keywords: ringmaster bowls vaces hollow

I bought a ringmaster a couple of weeks ago. Have had nothin but bad luck. Pete the owner told me that it would be shipped out on certain date. Well week later he finally shipped it. When I received the box I opened it up to find out I am missing the main part. Called him the next day and asked him to overnight to me. He said he would get me up and running. Here to find out he shipped it 3 day priority. It will be 3 weeks to finally get. I feel he should of done his best to get to me right away since they messed up the order. If you decide to order from this company lookout! Not a very reliable and lies to you. Anybody else have any issues like this?

What’s a “Ringmaster” and what does it do?
What company sells it?
Where are they located?

Ringmaster is out of NC. It is a neat accessory for your lathe. It cuts rings that you glue together to make bowls. When I payed for shipping it can UPS. Now that they messed up and on them it was sent USPS 3 day. Well it would be finally getting it on the 5th day. If I messed up I would want to keep the customer happy and get to him right away. All he told me is I can return it.
