If you live in town, may be questionable. Many Sawyers don’t trust it to be metal free. For me, I take them, but I have ruined a few blades because of it. Standing trees are rarely worth a fortune. Most of the expense is in the processing.

For most urban trees, the absolute best case is that someone will take it down in exchange for the wood.
