Got a rebate in mail on one of those visa gift cards, now trying to figure out what to do with it. I have a pretty complete shop with hand planes, and floor machines etc. So I guess the question is, if you had 300$ you could spend on woodworking in any way you wished, how would you spend it?

Clamps. You can never have enough clamps! :) Seriously though, I’d buy some special wood. Something I normally wouldn’t buy because of the cost or more of something I could usually only get small amounts of.

I’d be saving it to pay for my wife’s meds and diagnostic tests that used to be covered on our insurance before Obamacare increased our premiums by 50% and now don’t pay for.

And who exactly is waging a war on women?

I would buy my wife a very expensive perfume, that will result in having a visa to buy a $400 toy for myself in the near future.

I actually have quite a bit of wood, that is one thing I definitely do not need more of. ;)

Have your say...
